Unimech Aerospace's Consolidated Attributable Profit Declines in Fiscal Q4

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing's (NSE:UNIMECH, BOM:544322) consolidated attributable profit declined to 261.0 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, from 292.0 million rupees a year ago.

Earnings per share contracted to 5.12 rupees from 6.16 rupees a year earlier, the aerospace and defense company said in a filing to the Indian bourses on Thursday.

Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4, however, increased to 818.0 million rupees from 683.7 million rupees a year ago.

Yuexiu Property (HKG:0123) unit Joy Delight International obtained approval to list 1.6 billion yuan of 3.40% guaranteed green notes due 2029 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Thursday bourse filing.Shares of the property company were up nearly 7% in Friday morning trade.The notes are guaranteed by Yuexiu Property, the filing said.Trading in the notes is expected to commence on Friday and will be available only to professional investors.
