Unico Silver (ASX:USL) said it will begin trading on the OTCQX Best Market in the US under ticker "USLRF," following an upgrade from OTCQB to improve visibility and access to North American investors, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company's primary listing on the Australian Securities Exchange remains unchanged, and the OTCQX quotation does not involve the issuance of new shares or affect existing shareholders, the filing added.
Legacy Minerals Holdings (ASX:LGM) struck a binding earn-in and farm-in agreement with Aurelia Metals (ASX:AMI) unit Peak Gold Mines covering Legacy's Cobar project in New South Wales, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.Under the first stage of the agreement, Aurelia can earn a 51% interest by funding AU$500,000 worth of exploration within two years.
