Under Armour to Deliver 'In-Line' Q1 Results, UBS Says

By

Under Armour (UAA) is expected to deliver an "in-line" Q1 report, which will lead to the company reiterating its fiscal 2027 EPS guidance, UBS said in a note Tuesday.

While sentiment is bearish, the firm said its conversations with investors and the stock's recent positive move made it to think this type of outcome is mostly priced in. UBS said it does not expect the company's Q1 to drive big changes in consensus EPS estimates.

UBS said the company's North America business to remain adversely impacted by soft e-commerce traffic, but also expects significant gross margin expansion on tariff refunds.

UBS believes the company's fundamentals will improve more than what the market expects over the next twelve months, according to the note.

UBS maintained its buy rating on the stock with $10 price target.
