UMS Unit Forms Subsidiary in Vietnam

UMS' (SGX:558) Singapore unit UMS International has incorporated a new unit, UMS Vietnam Integration, in Vietnam.

The newly established unit has an issued and paid-up capital of $2 million, according to a Tuesday Singapore Exchange filing.

The new subsidiary will undertake metal machining, treatment and coating, manufacture of structural metal products and special-purpose machinery, as well as industrial equipment installation and electronic component manufacturing.

The incorporation was funded through internal resources, it said.

Yuntianhua's H1 Profit Rises 6%, Revenue Drops 9%; Shares Up 3%
