UMS Integration Establishes Vietnam Unit

UMS Integration (KLSE:UMSINT) formed a subsidiary in Vietnam dubbed UMS Vietnam Integration, according to a Tuesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The new unit has an issued and paid-up share capital of $2 million and was incorporated through UMS' Singapore subsidiary, UMS International.

UMS Vietnam will undertake metal machining, treatment and coating, manufacture structural and fabricated metal products and special-purpose machinery, as well as install industrial machinery and equipment and manufacture electronic components.
