A collective lawsuit against Apple (AAPL) involving its iCloud storage service filed by consumer advocacy group Which? has been given permission to proceed by the UK's competition tribunal, the group said Tuesday.
The lawsuit, valued at about 3 billion pounds ($3.96 billion), was approved to proceed by the UK's Competition Appeal Tribunal, multiple media outlets reported.

Which? said that Apple has breached UK competition law by failing to provide a choice of cloud storage providers, as well as pushing customers towards its iCloud service by not clearly informing them of options.
Apple did not immediately reply to a request for comment from.
