TTEC, Volkswagen Group UK Sign Seven-Year Customer Support Contract Extension

TTEC (TTEC) said Thursday it signed a seven-year contract extension with Volkswagen Group UK to provide digital technology and customer support services in the United Kingdom.

The business will continue managing customer care, connected vehicle assistance, and contact center operations from its facilities in Leeds and Cairo, the company said.

The agreement covers support for multiple vehicle brands, including Audi, Skoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Volkswagen, TTEC said.
