Tsaker New Energy Unit's Beijing Exchange Listing Approved by Bourse

Tsaker New Energy Tech's (HKG:1986) plan to list Hebei Tsaker New Materials Technology in China is progressing after the Beijing Stock Exchange approved the public offering, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The firm plans to offer around 8 million new Hebei Tsaker shares at 30.28 yuan each during the IPO. The shares represent 12.54% of the business' issued share capital and 11.15% as enlarged by the transaction.

Results from the offering will be due by June 1.

The firm said it will offer 797,480 shares from the broader IPO to certain strategic investors, including three of its directors, Liu Wei, Ren Quansheng, and Xu Yanxia.

Beijing Shougang LanzaTech Seeks Up to HK$684 Million in Hong Kong IPO

Beijing Shougang LanzaTech (HKG:2553) launched its Hong Kong initial public offering on Tuesday, seeking to raise up to HK$684 million from the deal.The China-based carbon capture, utilization, and storage technology company is offering 40.0 million shares at an indicative maximum price of HK$17.10 per share, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing.The offering comprises 4 million shares for Hong Kong investors and 36 million shares for international investors, subject to reallocation and the overallotment option.The offer price is expected to be determined by June 1, with allocation results due by June 2, ahead of the company's planned trading debut on June 3.Net proceeds will be used mainly to fund the construction and development of production facilities in Hebei and Inner Mongolia, including a sustainable aviation fuel facility.The funds will also be used for research and development, technology upgrades at existing production facilities, new product development, strategic investments, and working capital and general corporate purposes.Yue Xiu Capital is acting as the sole sponsor, while Yue Xiu Securities is serving as the overall coordinator and joint global coordinator alongside Mango Financial.Yue Xiu Securities, Mango Financial, Maxa Asset Management, CCB International Capital, Skyvast Securities, GEO Securities, uSmart Securities, CMBC Securities, Futu Securities International (Hong Kong), and Livermore are acting as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.The company had earlier shelved the listing timetable after a legal dispute involving the joint venture Shoulang Jiyuan disrupted the offering process and rendered the previous prospectus ineffective.The case stems from a June 2025 lawsuit filed by a minority shareholder alleging unauthorized capital and pricing decisions at the venture.Shougang LanzaTech has dismissed the allegations as baseless and said the dispute is not expected to materially affect its operations or financial position.

Update: Infratil Swings to Fiscal 2026 Profit, Posts Higher Revenue; Shares Fall 5%

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected NZ$3.39 billion.The company expects fiscal 2027 proportionate operational earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, amortization, and fair value adjustments of NZ$1.3 billion to NZ$1.4 billion, up 21% at the midpoint from NZ$1.11 billion in fiscal 2026 on a like-for-like basis, with proportionate capital expenditure of NZ$3.8 billion to NZ$4.4 billion.The board declared a final dividend of NZ$0.1365 per share, up from NZ$0.1325 a year earlier, payable June 29 to shareholders on record as of June 10.The company's shares fell 5% on both the New Zealand and Australian exchanges in Tuesday's trading session.
