TS Financial's (TPE:2887) banking unit Taishin Bank assigned $10 million of performing lending assets to Hua Nan Commercial Bank and its Hong Kong branch.
The transaction involves a partial assignment of the bank's rights and obligations under an agreement, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The assignment is part of Taishin Bank's loan portfolio management, it said.

Farglory Land Development (TPE:5522) approved a construction contract with its subsidiary, Farglory Construction, for a land bank in Kaohsiung City for NT$5.46 billion, according to a Monday Taiwan bourse filing.The real estate developer's subsidiary will be engaged in the contract on the company's own land to increase revenue.
