Tripod Technology (TPE:3044) unit J&J extended a new NT$2.66 billion interest-free loan to wholly owned unit Tripod Overseas, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The funds will be used to meet short-term working capital needs.
The loan matures on July 8, 2027, and carries a 0% interest rate, the filing said.
