Tredlines (SGX:42T) portfolio company, Phytolon, completed a $23.6 million series B financing to commercialize its natural food colors in the U.S., according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The financing round was led by an unnamed strategic investor, with funding structured in three stages.
The portfolio company focuses on fermentation-based natural color solutions.
Mitsubishi Materials (TYO:5711) has entered a final agreement to integrate its business related to the purchase of copper concentrates and the sale of related products into Pan Pacific Copper (PPC), a joint venture among JX Advanced Metals (TYO:5016), Mitsui Kinzoku (TYO:5706) and Marubeni (TYO:8002).The integration will be implemented through a two-step absorption-type company split, under which PPC will establish a new wholly owned subsidiary to receive the business, with the transaction scheduled to take effect on Oct. 1, subject to regulatory approvals.Following the integration, Mitsubishi Materials will hold a 32% stake in PPC, and PPC will become an equity-method affiliate of the company, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.The company's board of directors resolved to proceed with the integration on May 28, 2026, following a basic agreement announced in November 2025.

Suzhou Gold Mantis Construction Decoration's (SHE:002081) indirect subsidiary, Goldmantis Macau Construction Decoration, secured the interior decoration contract for Galaxy Entertainment's phase four integrated resort hotel in Macau.The contract, valued at 349.8 million Macanese patacas, was awarded through a tender by Galaxy Cotai Project Management, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Goldmantis Macau Construction Decoration will act as a designated subcontractor for the project.Shares of the contractor closed 3% higher Thursday.
