Trek 2000 International Secures Investment from Azure Capital; Shares Zoom 15%

Trek 2000 International (SGX:5AB) secured an investment from Azure Capital, with the latter acquiring around 22.1 million shares in the company, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

Shares of the technology company surged nearly 15% in Friday trading.

Following the share acquisition, the fund management company has a 7.3% stake in Trek 2000.
