Treasure Global Says Tadaa Technology Unit Expanding Into Renewable Energy

Treasure Global (TGL) said Tuesday its Tadaa Technology unit has formed a partnership with Malaysia-based Kainan to provide AI-enabled technology services for a planned $367 million solar farm project.

The proposed 360-megawatt solar farm is expected to provide energy to a data center under a 25-year power supply arrangement, the company said.

Tadaa expects about $7.3 million in annual technology-related revenue from the project upon full deployment, Treasure Global said.

Shares of Treasure Global were down more than 16% in Tuesday trading.
