Transurban Group (ASX:TCL) declared a dividend of AU$0.35 per share for the six months ending June 30, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The dividend will be paid on Aug. 18 to holders of record as of June 30, the filing said.
The company paid a dividend of AU$0.33 per share in the prior corresponding period, an earlier filing showed.
