Transtech Optelecom Science (HKG:9963) unit Transtech (Hong Kong) Investment completed the acquisition of Hao Min Investment Holding on Tuesday.
Through the purchase, the optical fiber cables maker indirectly holds 51% interest in Futong Optoelectronic Technology (Hangzhou).
The parties had agreed on the acquisition of a stake in Chinese optical fiber manufacturer Futong Optoelectronics in April.
