Toyoda Gosei Adding Eighth India Site with Maharashtra Plant

Toyoda Gosei (TYO:7282) is setting up a new plant in Maharashtra's Bidkin Industrial Area to expand its presence in India's automotive market.

The facility will produce large interior and exterior components, including bumpers and instrument panels, according to a Thursday statement.

The plant will use advanced manufacturing methods, including automated processes that combine collaborative robots with karakuri technology.

Operations are expected to begin in the first half of 2029. The facility will be Toyoda Gosei's eighth site in India and will operate as a branch of Toyoda Gosei South India.

Liquidators Issue Final Notice to Creditors for ST Group Units' Dissolution

ST Group Food (SGX:DRX) said liquidators have issued their final notice and report to the creditors for the liquidation of GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A, according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.The liquidators also plan to file the 'Notice of Final Account' before the dissolution.Last year, the company decided to liquidate GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A as part of its strategic plans to exit from the Gong Cha Brand in the United Kingdom.
