The measures include an enhancement of voting rights attached to Class B ordinary shares, an increase in authorized share capital, and the authorization of potential future share consolidations.

Shares surged 62% as intraday trading volume soared to over 9.01 million from a daily average of roughly 643,000.

Vishay Precision (VPG) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings Tuesday above market expectations, and sales also beat forecast.

Shares advanced 21% as intraday trading volume rose to over 706,000 from a daily average of about 238,000.

Ambiq Micro (AMBQ) reported Tuesday a narrower Q1 non-GAAP net loss, and revenue surged more than forecast.

Shares advanced 37%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 1.98 million from a daily average of about 385,000.

Danaos Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise

Danaos (DAC) reported Q1 adjusted earnings late Monday of $6.72 per diluted share, up from $6.04 a year earlier.One analyst polled by FactSet expected $6.60.Revenue in the three months ended March 31 rose to $253.7 million from $253.3 million a year earlier.Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $236.5 million.The company kept its quarterly dividend at $0.90 a share, payable June 4 to stockholders of record May 26.Danaos shares rose 1% in after-hours trading.
