High-Trend International (HTCO) said late Monday that its Class A shareholders approved a series of corporate governance measures at an extraordinary general meeting held on May 7.

The measures include an enhancement of voting rights attached to Class B ordinary shares, an increase in authorized share capital, and the authorization of potential future share consolidations.

Shares surged 62% as intraday trading volume soared to over 9.01 million from a daily average of roughly 643,000.

Vishay Precision (VPG) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings Tuesday above market expectations, and sales also beat forecast.

Shares advanced 21% as intraday trading volume rose to over 706,000 from a daily average of about 238,000.

Ambiq Micro (AMBQ) reported Tuesday a narrower Q1 non-GAAP net loss, and revenue surged more than forecast.

Shares advanced 37%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 1.98 million from a daily average of about 385,000.
