Sportradar (SRAD) shares sank 16% amid heavy trading after the company reported Monday that it swung to a Q2 loss, while revenue increased. Sportradar also cut its 2026 revenue outlook.

More than 7.17 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 2.52 million.

GameStop (GME) has agreed to exchange about $1.4 billion of its outstanding 0% convertible senior notes due 2030 and 2032 for its class A common stock, the company said.

Shares slumped 13% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 30.9 million from the stock's daily average of about 6.07 million.

Marriott International (MAR) reported Q2 revenue below estimates amid headwinds from the Middle East conflict, and offered a downbeat Q3 earnings outlook.

Stifel adjusted the price target on Marriott to $343 from $365, while maintaining its hold rating.

Shares of Marriott declined 6.9%, with intraday trading volume at 2.80 million compared with the stock's daily average of about 1.49 million.
