Shares sank 26% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 284,000 from a daily average of about 199,000.

Virax Biolabs (VRAX) shares slumped 33% after the company agreed to reduce the exercise price of certain outstanding preferred investment options to $6 from $10.

More than 1.41 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 2.19 million.

Fermi (FRMI) priced an upsized private offering of $375 million of 5% convertible senior notes due 2031, it said late Thursday.

Shares dropped 13% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 54.4 million from a daily average of about 18.7 million.

Major digital assets rose Thursday, with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) topping the $63,000 level.The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks dozens of digital assets including Bitcoin, rose 1.1% in the past 24 hours. The Nasdaq 100 rose 1.6%, the S&P 500 added 0.8%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 0.2%.Bitcoin rose 1.8% to $63,242, according to CoinMarketCap data. The most popular cryptocurrency's 24-hour trading volume fell 5.5% to $26.4 billion.Ethereum (ETH-USD), the second-largest digital asset by market value, climbed 0.7% to $1,749.XRP (XRP-USD) rose 0.8%, BNB (BNB-USD) gained 0.7%, and Solana (SOL-USD) added 1.3%.
