Tongyu Communication (SHE:002792) committed to invest 10 million yuan into a partnership fund as a limited partner, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
The seven-year fund, Qingdao Qiheng Flame No. 3 Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), will have a fund size of 76.5 million yuan.
The Chinese communications equipment manufacturer will hold about 13% of the fund's capital.
