Tongguan Copper Foil Adds New Copper Supplier for Related-Party Purchases; Shares Up 2%

Anhui Tongguan Copper Foil (SHE:301217) adjusted the price of its related-party transactions for the year as it added Tongling Nonferrous as a new supplier of copper products, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.

The electronic copper foil maker previously planned to purchase copper wire only from Tongguan Copper Materials and Tongling Nonferrous.

The estimated transaction prices for Tongguan Copper Materials and Tongling Nonferrous were adjusted after Tongling Nonferrous was added to the list.

The total estimated price for the three related-party transactions is 6.17 billion yuan.

The company's shares jumped nearly 2% in the morning trade Tuesday.

Bio-Thera Solutions (SHA:688177) received the results of the European Union's inspection of its Yonghe manufacturing facility, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Monday.The French National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products conducted an inspection on the site between Feb. 4 and Feb. 12.The European Medicines Agency handed a GMP or good manufacturing practice certificate to the company after the factory's drug substance operations passed regulatory standards.
