Tokyu Fudosan's (TYO:3289) profit attributable to owners of the parent fell 17% to 25.5 billion yen for the fiscal first quarter, from 30.6 billion yen a year earlier.
The real estate company's basic earnings per share declined to 35.77 yen from 42.83 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
Revenue slipped nearly 1% to 285.8 billion yen for the three months ended June 30, from 288 billion yen.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, the company expects an attributable profit of 100.0 billion yen, EPS of 140.02 yen and revenue of 1.400 trillion yen.
Tokyu Fudosan expects to pay interim and year-end dividends of 25.00 yen per share each for the current fiscal year.
