Tinergy Chemical (SHE:002145) will inject 3 billion yuan in additional capital into subsidiary Tinergy Chemical (Baiyin) New Materials, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The injection will raise Baiyin's registered capital to 4.58 billion yuan from 1.58 billion yuan, the filing said.
The capital will help fund its 600,000-ton/year lithium iron phosphate/sodium iron phosphate precursor project, among others.
