Tinci Materials' Unit Raises Product Amount in Revised Procurement Deal

Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology's (SHE:002709) unit, Jiujiang Tinci Advanced Materials, revised its procurement cooperation agreement with companies under Wuhan Chuneng New Energy, raising the amount of product to be supplied, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.

Tinci Advanced Materials will supply 1.01 million tons of electrolyte products to Wuhan Chuneng New Energy, Xiaogan Chuneng New Energy Innovation Technology, Yichang Chuneng New Energy Innovation Technology and Xiangyang Chuneng New Energy Innovation Technology until Dec. 31, 2030.

The original amount of electrolyte products to be delivered in the previous contract was 550,000 tons.
