Hangzhou Tigermed Consulting (HKG:3347, SHE:300347) said two directors and controlling shareholders face proposed fines of 500,000 yuan each over historical shareholding disclosure violations, according to a Sept. 11 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Ye Xiaoping and Cao Xiaochun received warning letters and advance notices of administrative penalties from the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
The regulator said the pair failed to timely disclose changes in their combined A-share holdings that reached 5% in September 2019 and a subsequent 1% reduction in December 2022.
