Tianjin Construction Development Group (HKG:2515) agreed to issue HK$44 million worth of shares to certain investors, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The construction services company's shares gained over 14% in morning trade Friday.
The company will issue 51.8 million shares at HK$0.85 apiece to the investors. Funds raised will be used primarily for working capital.
The shares represent 20% of the company's issued share capital and 16.7% as enlarged by the offering.
