Thai Beverage Public Company's (SGX:Y92) EBITDA rose 7.2% year over year to 48.29 billion baht for the nine months ended June 30, from 45.03 billion baht, according to a Thursday filing with the SIngapore Exchange.
Sales revenue in the nine-month period slipped 1.8% to 254.04 billion baht from 258.62 billion baht a year earlier.
The company's spirits business, the largest contributor to sales, posted a 1.7% increase in sales revenue to 94.4 billion baht, driven by a 2% increase in total sales volume.
The second largest segment for the company, the beer business, saw a 5.3% decline in sales revenue to 91.3 billion baht, with a 1.9% decrease in total sales volume.
The non-alcoholic beverages business reported a 3.0% decline in sales revenue to 47.8 billion baht, while the food business's sales revenue grew 3% to 17.1 billion baht.
