Thai Wah (SET:TWPC) acquired an 80% stake in processed food and seasoning manufacturer, Well-Grow Company, for a total project value of 190 million baht.
The company now holds 40,000 shares in Well-Grow, with the remaining 20% retained by the existing shareholder group.
The agri-food and starch innovation company funded the acquisition through its working capital.

Viva Goods (HKG:0933) has purchased 29.6 million shares of Chinese sportswear giant Li Ning (HKG:2331) for HK$398.4 million as an investment, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.The company said it bought the shares through open market transactions at an average price of HK$13.45 apiece.Following the transaction, Viva's stakeholding in Li Ning rose to 16.9%, with ownership of 437.2 million shares.
