The Stock Exchange of Thailand will delist CIMB Thai Bank (SET:CIMBT), Grand Canal Land (SET:GLAND), and Laguna Resorts & Hotels (SET:LRH) after the companies failed to meet free-float requirements and their shares remained suspended for more than one year.
SET will allow trading in the three securities for seven business days from Sept. 3 to Sept. 11, with purchases required through cash-balance accounts.
The securities will be excluded from the SET Index and delisted effective Sept. 12.
SET urged investors to exercise caution and review the companies' financial positions, operating results, auditor reports, major shareholders and other relevant risks before trading.
