TH International's (THCH) board has appointed Kwok Wah Cheung as chief executive, effective June 15, to succeed Yongchen Lu, according to a Tuesday statement.
Lu will step down as the company's CEO to take over the role of chairman from Peter Yu, the company said.
Yu will remain as a director of TH International.

Tango Therapeutics (TNGX) said Monday it is launching $500 million underwritten public offering of common stock.All shares are offered by the company, according to a statement.Tango said it will grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $75 million of shares.
