Terra Metals (ASX:TM1) said drilling at the Southwest discovery, at the Dante project in Western Australia, continued to define a large, continuous platinum group metal, nickel, and copper sulfide system, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The discovery lies entirely outside the existing Dante mineral resource. It encountered the broadest mineralized interval reported on the project to date at 448 meters at 0.87 grams per tonne grade of platinum, palladium, and gold, as well as 0.15% nickel from 102 meters.
Five drill rigs and exploration programs continue to extend the discovery and generate new targets.
