Terra Metals (ASX:TM1) confirmed the continuity of high-grade platinum group metal-copper-nickel-cobalt sulfide mineralization in the Southwest Sulfide Corridor at the Dante Project in Western Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Assay results from the first two reported drill holes from the southern end of the corridor showed 20 meters at 2.1 grams per tonne (g/t) platinum, palladium and gold, 0.2% copper, 0.1% nickel from 85 meters, and 22 meters at 1.2 g/t platinum, palladium and gold, and 0.1% copper from 66 meters, the filing said.
The company plans to define a maiden Southwest mineral resource estimate in the second half of the year, per the filing.
Shares fell nearly 2% in midday Thursday trade.
