Tempus AI Q1 Non-GAAP Loss Narrows, Revenue Rises; Revises 2026 Revenue Guidance

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $348.1 million, up from $255.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $345.4 million.

The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $1.59 billion to $1.60 billion from the prior forecast of $1.59 billion. Analysts expect $1.59 billion.

Shares of Tempus AI were down more than 5% in after-hours activity.
