Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust (NZE:TEM) increased its multi-currency revolving loan facility with the London branch of Bank of Nova Scotia to 150 million pounds sterling from 122 million pounds sterling on July 23, according to a Wednesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The facility will continue under the existing terms as a rolling agreement, with an option to terminate after one year and a commercial review scheduled every three years, per the filing.
Borrowings under the facility are subject to an annual margin of 0.95% above the applicable market reference rate for the relevant borrowing currency, while undrawn commitments have an annual commitment fee of 0.325%, the filing said.
