Telstra Group (ASX:TLS) resolved a mobile network outage that was impacting mobile calls and data services, the company said Monday.
The outage began on July 8, and services, including calls to the Triple Zero emergency service, have now been restored, the company said.
The outage was not a result of a cyber incident and was instead related to a network device that keeps time synchronized across a portion of the company's mobile network. The network lost synchronization, which caused intermittent impacts to certain voice and data services, Telstra said.
The company's shares gained 2% in recent Monday trade.
