Telix Pharmaceuticals (ASX:TLX) sought waivers of an ASX rule to allow shares issued as upfront consideration and future consideration to be issued more than three months after its extraordinary general meeting, as the timing is contingent on completion of closing conditions and achievement of specific milestones, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company said ASX granted the waivers, with certain conditions, including that shares tied to the upfront payment are issued once the relevant deal conditions are met, and in any case no later than 12 months after shareholders approve the issue.
