Teco Electric and Machinery (TPE:1504) is set to acquire Malaysian engineering firm Dynaciate Engineering for about 200 million ringgit.
The deal is expected to close in August, according to a Tuesday press release.
Following completion, TECO will obtain a controlling stake in Dynaciate and expects to begin recognizing related revenue and profit contributions in the second half of 2026.
The Taiwan-based company said the acquisition supports its strategy to expand as an AI data centre solutions provider, particularly in modular data center engineering and infrastructure services across Southeast Asia.
