Techwinsemi Tech Returns to Profit in H1

Shenzhen Techwinsemi Technology (SHE:001309) booked an attributable net profit of 6.02 billion yuan in the first half of 2026, reversing the loss of 117.9 million yuan a year ago.

Earnings per share of the Chinese chipmaker stood at 26.11 yuan, compared with a loss of 0.53 yuan per share a year earlier, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.

The operating revenue soared 311.6% year on year to 16.9 billion yuan from 4.11 billion yuan.

SBI Holdings (TYO:8473) plans to purchase a 20% stake in Indonesia-based online brokerage Ajaib Group for $270 million by the end of August, making the latter an equity-method affiliate, Nikkei Asia reported Friday.Ajaib offers online brokerage, foreign-exchange margin trading, cryptocurrency and asset management services.
