A Technip Energies (TE.PA) partnership won a major contract from Mozambique Rovuma Venture for the Coral Norte floating liquefied natural gas project.
The engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning contract was awarded to a partnership comprising Technip, JGC and Samsung Heavy Industries, according to a Monday release. The project is designed as an enhanced replica of the Coral Sul development.
Technip noted that it classifies major contracts as those with more than 1 billion euros in revenue for the technology and engineering company.
