TDM Plantation Production Rises in August

TDM (KLSE:TDM) reported an increase in its plantation production in August, with total fresh fruit bunches (FFB) output reaching 46,031.4 metric tonnes from 31,930.6 metric tonnes produced a year ago.

FFB production comprised 35,806 tonnes from internal sources and 10,225.4 tonnes from external supply, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.

The group's crude palm oil production also increased to 9,093.1 tonnes in August from 8,697.5 tonnes a year ago, while palm kernel production rose to 2,089.6 tonnes in the reported month from 1,966.90 tonnes
