TD SYNNEX (SNX) and Hammerhead AI said Tuesday they are launching a collaboration under which TD SYNNEX will distribute Hammerhead's Orchestrated RL Control Agents, or ORCA, software.
The software converts stranded power in data centers into AI capacity, the companies said.
Under the deal, TD SYNNEX will lead go-to-market efforts via its network of resellers globally, the companies said.

Microsoft-backed (MSFT) OpenAI quietly acquired Glass Imaging, a startup developing AI-powered smartphone camera technology aimed at matching DSLR image quality, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.The deal valued Glass Imaging at more than $300 million, some of the people said, according to the report.
