Tata Motors Says All Regulatory Approvals Secured for Iveco Takeover Offer

Tata Motors (NSE:TATAMOTORS, BOM:500570) said all prior authorizations required under sector regulations have been obtained for its voluntary tender offer for all common shares of Iveco Group, according to a Tuesday exchange filing.

The final approval was issued by the European Central Bank for the acquisition of indirect qualifying stakes in IC Financial Services SA and CNH Industrial Capital Europe SAS, both of which are specialized credit institutions in France.

The offer document will be published after completion of the review by Italy's market regulator, Consob, Tata Motors said.

Under the expanded agreement, MediaTek will adopt Nvidia's NVLink Fusion platform, designed to help hyperscalers, cloud providers, and AI model developers build custom accelerator chips that connect into Nvidia's rack-scale data center systems.The pact also entails enhancing existing collaboration on Nvidia RTX Spark and DGX Spark chips for consumer and enterprise PCs, as well as AI-powered automotive platforms built around MediaTek's Dimensity Auto line.
