Tata Electronics, Sojitz, NRS Ink Supply Chain Deal for Dholera Chip Fab

Tata Electronics, Japan's Sojitz (TYO:2768), and NRS have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop a supply chain for critical semiconductor materials, according to a Friday statement from Tata Electronics.

The partnership will support Tata's upcoming 910 billion Indian rupee semiconductor fabrication plant in Dholera, Gujarat.

Under the agreement, Sojitz and NRS will explore and validate a supply chain management framework to support a semiconductor materials ecosystem for the Dholera fab.

Eternity Investment (HKG:0764) unit Eternity Finance and executive director Lei Hong Wai agreed to sell around 169 million and 18.7 million respective shares in China Healthwise (HKG:0348).The shares, representing an 18.3% and 2% stake in China Healthwise, respectively, were sold to Hwa Sheng International Investment at HK$0.08 apiece, a Friday bourse filing showed.The company will receive a consideration of around HK$13.5 million from the disposal and cease to hold any stake in China Healthwise following completion.Proceeds will be used to repay a margin loan, as well as for general working capital.
