Snacks manufacturer Taokaenoi Food & Marketing (BKK:TKN) has incorporated a subsidiary named Taokaenoi (Shanghai) Food in China on June 24, according to a Monday filing to the Thai stock exchange.
On June 22, the company had disclosed its intention to form a new subsidiary in China, in which it will hold 100% of the total shares.
