Tallgrass Pony Express Pipeline and Bridger Pipeline have launched a 30-day binding joint tariff open season for incentive rates on crude oil shipments from Bridger's Guernsey Hub, the companies said on Monday.
The open season, which began on Aug. 21, offers prospective shippers the opportunity to secure transportation commitments using existing capacity on the pipeline system.
The companies did not disclose the specific incentive tariff rates or the amount of capacity available.
The Pony Express pipeline is part of Tallgrass' broader crude oil transportation network. Tallgrass operates more than 10,000 miles of pipelines across 14 U.S. states and has infrastructure spanning multiple commodities.
Tallgrass Pony Express Pipeline and Bridger Pipeline did not provide further details on the duration of the shipper commitments or the potential volumes associated with the program.
Tallgrass said the length of the open season is subject to its usual forward-looking statement risks and uncertainties.
