Take-Two Interactive Software's (TTWO) fiscal Q1 results are expected to come in at the high end of its guidance range, Wedbush analysts said in a Monday note.
The company is scheduled to report its fiscal Q1 financial results on Friday.
Analysts said that the company's valuation is "too cheap" considering it has a locked-in Grand Theft Auto VI launch date as Nov. 19 and has a recurring revenue base far larger than the one it carried going into the Red Dead Redemption 2 cycle.
Wedbush estimates Grand Theft Auto VI sales of roughly 29 million units in Q3, the launch quarter.
Analysts expect fiscal 2027 earnings of $6.43 per share for Take-Two, compared with a FactSet consensus estimate of $6.78. The company's guidance range is $5.75 to $6.
Wedbush has an outperform rating and a $300 price target on the stock.
