Taiwan Mobile (TPE:3045) unit TFN Media agreed to sublease 30.6 ping of space in Hualien, Taiwan.
The property will be leased to sister company Taiwan Fixed Network for NT$17,750 per month, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The sublease will run from Sept. 1, 2026, to Sept. 30, 2027, with the space to be used for expanding fixed-network coverage, deploying optical cables and installing transmission equipment.
