The Chinese textile machinery manufacturer's shares slumped 10% at the close of Monday's trade.
The company's closing price between June 4 and June 5 exceeded 20%, higher than the limit set by the bourse.
Taitan said its stock price experienced abnormal trading movements five times since April 22.
The company's probe found that it does not have any significant disclosure or information that could have triggered the unusual stock movement.
