Tah Hsin Industrial Sheds Stake in Nan Ya Plastics Worth NT$200 Million

Tah Hsin Industrial (TPE:1315) sold 2.3 million Nan Ya Plastics (TPE:1303) shares for about NT$200.3 million.

The shares were sold between Jan. 16 and June 2, at an average price of NT$86.89, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.

The deal resulted in a gain of NT$119.13 million, the company said.

Tah Hsin said the disposal was conducted as part of portfolio management.
