T3 Defense (DFNS) said Friday it bought a 60% controlling interest in Israel-based military hardware manufacturer Project35.
The transaction was settled for roughly 21 million common shares and a 12% $1.25 million promissory note, the company said.
The acquired company projects roughly $2.4 million in revenue for fiscal 2026, and T3 intends to invest $2.5 million into Project35 over the next 12 months, T3 said.
Shares of T3 Defense were up more than 16% in early Friday trading.
